NA3HL announces monthly player awards for October

The North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) has announced its monthly player awards for the month of October. The Forward of the Month is Adam Severson of the Gillette Wild. The Defenseman of the Month is Dylan Cunningham of the Helena Bighorns. The Goaltender of the Month is Daniel Antal of the Northeast Generals. Only players who are nominated by their respective teams are considered for the NA3HL monthly awards.

 

Bauer Hockey NA3HL Forward of the Month: Adam Severson, Gillette Wild

Gillette Wild forward Adam Severson lit the scoresheet over the month of October playing in 6 games. The Minnesota native totalled 26 points that included 9 goals and 17 assists for the Wild, averaging 3.25 points per game. Severson is in his second year with Gillette and has appeared in 14 games in a Wild sweater this season where he’s recorded 34 points.

Bauer Hockey NA3HL Defenseman of the Month: Dylan Cunningham, Helena Bighorns

Helena defenseman Dylan Cunningham earned the Defenseman of the Month title after totalling 15 points in 8 games during the month of October. Cunningham netted 5 goals, 1 on the power-play, and dished out 10 assists while keeping a +13 plus/minus rating. Cunningham has appeared in 14 games this season where he has accumulated 22 points.

True Hockey NA3HL Goaltender of the Month: Daniel Antal, Northeast Generals

Generals goaltender Daniel Antal was fantastic in net during the month of October with a perfect 4-0 record. Antal turned away 110 of the 117 shots he faced over the course of 4 games, including a 22 shot shutout. The Ringwood, NJ native combined for a 1.75 GAA and a .940 SV% during the month of October. Antal is 5-0 on the season with Generals where he has a 1.40 GAA and a .947 SV%. 

Runner-Up: Pierson Haislet, New Mexico Ice Wolves
