NA3HL Gongshow Flow of the Month winner for March announced
The North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) announced its Gongshow Flow of the Month winner for March 2013. This month’s award goes to NA3HL player Payne Alexander of the St. Louis Jr. Blues. Honorable mention went to Austin Fletcher of the Flint Jr. Generals.
Alexander, 18, is a Springfield, Missouri native and appeared in 22 regular season games with the Jr. Blues this season. He recorded three points and was a +2. He also appearing in two playoff games and had an assist.
One look at Alexander's mug shot at the start of the season until his flow now and you can tell this has been a work in progress for a good 6 months. One look at the back and it is clear to see that Alexander’s hair is brushed and blow-dried on a daily basis. The predominance of his flow is directed in back with the classic feathered flow, which has taken shape of the mullet.
And so ends another year of NA3HL Flow of the Month awards and winners. We want to thank all those who participated this season. The summer is a time to perhaps start on some fresh flow so by the time the 2013-14 regular season rolls around, new flow has sprung up just in time for a new hockey season.
Our special thanks to Gonshow Gear for their partnership with this award. Gongshow is the exclusive sponsor of the Flow of the Month promotion exclusively on the NA3HL and Gongshow Twitter sites. Fans and players alike are encouraged to submit photos of their best ‘hockey hair’ or ‘flow’ via Twitter by the end of every month during the regular season.
